The military look is really hot right now. Last week Beyonce was spotted courtside at the Knicks game with hubby Jay-Z rocking Balmain camoflauge pants, military blazer, and studded pumps. Most of us don’t have a Balmain clothing budget, but we can still take inspiration from Beyonce’s look to rock the military style for ourselves. They key to effectively wearing military style is to not go overboard with it, using colors, patterns, and elements of military style to pull the look together without looking like you are about to hop off a tanker and head to battle. With about a month of winter left, I’m already thinking about what I want to rock this spring. It may still be chilly in some climates, but in my hood we’re already in a spring state of mind. The warmth may be fleeting, but this little taste of sunshine has me ready to bring my arms and legs out!
