Rocawear Sabotage Jeans
Ripped, torn, distressed jeans are super-stylish right now. Especially when tailored in a “skinny” silhouette. These Rocawear Sabotage jeans from the UrbanMall.com store are a perfect way to rock this trend, the grey distress finish is so on point. Paired with a slouchy tee and a pair of booties, the look is fabulous and fly.

Doesn’t Rich Yung sound like a rap name? Rich Yung’s V-Neck sweater is a preppy alternative to a hoodie or sweatshirt. Some guys have an aversion to V-necks, but if rocked the right way, say with a button down shirt or a solid tee underneath, it can be a very fashionable men’s look. Perfect for a date look with that special lady, or for a night of bar-hopping with the boys.

Never underestimate the power of color. Certain hues are known to brighten your mood, and can have a direct effect on how you are perceived. Rocking a bright color maxi dress like this one from Miss Sixty gives off a flirty, fun, and feminine vibe. This dress would be perfect for an afternoon lunch with your boo, or over a swimsuit at the beach with your girls. Accentuate it with a simple pair of hoops and a bohemian bracelet, and flowy hair. Shop the DJ Premium store at UrbanMall.

We’re in the midst of fashion week in major fashion markets across the world – New York, Paris, Milan, and Los Angeles. Designers are showcasing their latest designs, setting forth the trends that we’ll be seeing in stores in upcoming seasons.
While these high fashion runway shows provide inspiration to fashionistas across the world, I for one am inspired by the runways of everyday life…sidewalks. Street fashion.
People on the street inspire my style in ways that the runways simply can’t compare to. I love to see the twist everyday people put on mainstream fashion trends. Skinny pants with knee high boots. Shorts and tights. Baggy jeans and fitteds, or tons and tons of chains. It’s intriguing to see how people pair items together in ways I would never think of and to observe the random pieces they choose to don. Street fashion is inspiring because its individual, its unique, and its not a copycat of pieces from the runways that will be duplicated and mass-marketed in stores.
What inspires you? High fashion? Street fashion? Both? Tell me what you think!

Blac Label Will to Survive Tee
Distressed tees are super hot. The pinstripe style with the graphic overlay is very cool and eye catching. Blac Label’s “Will to Survive” tee is an updated hip hop take on basic message tee. Paired with a pair of over-washed jeans and casual sneaks, this would be a perfect casual day look. UrbanMall.com’s mens section has this and more!

Every urban girl needs a pair of Converse in her shoe closet. Where I’m from, Converse, or “Chucks” as we call them, are the regional sneaker of choice. Chucks are to Los Angeles what Timberlands are to NYC, what Nike boots are to DC.
UrbanMall.com always has fresh kicks, they’ve got the red low tops available now. Can’t wear these everywhere in LA .
